Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are carefully quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Orders are shipped through express shipping services across India.
  • Estimated delivery timeline across India is 2–7 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, regional disruptions, or operational issues beyond our control.
  • In such situations, we will continue assisting customers until the shipment is successfully delivered.

International Shipping

san.project ships internationally as well.

  • International customers may contact us through WhatsApp for shipping assistance and order confirmation.
  • International shipping charges are approximately 1000, excluding product cost.
  • Total payable amount = Product Price + International Shipping Charges.
  • International payments can be completed securely through PayPal.

Please note:

  • International delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier operations.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
  • Free shipping offers may be available during selected promotions or on eligible order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD service is available only for selected serviceable locations.

COD Terms

  • An additional 100 COD handling charge applies to all COD orders.
  • A minimum advance payment of 200 is required to confirm COD orders. The advance amount may vary depending on order value.
  • The remaining balance will be collected during delivery.

Example

For an order value of 1000:

  • 200 paid in advance
  • 900 payable during delivery
    (Remaining product value + COD handling charges)

Important COD Policy

Advance payments for COD orders are non-refundable if:

  • the shipment is refused,
  • delivery is rejected,
  • or repeated delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability.

Order Cancellation Policy

At san.project, all confirmed orders are treated as final.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Customers are requested to carefully review product details, specifications, dimensions, and delivery information before completing payment.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Return Policy

san.project does not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are correctly delivered as per the customer’s order.

As many products are carefully sourced and maintained under strict quality standards, all sales are considered final unless eligible under approved damage or incorrect-item claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims

If a customer receives:

  • a damaged product,
  • defective item,
  • or incorrect order,

a replacement or approved resolution will be provided only if the following conditions are met.

Mandatory Requirements

  • A clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video recorded from the beginning of package opening is required.
  • The damage or issue must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Claims submitted without proper unboxing proof may not be approved.

Claim Submission

Customers must contact support with:

  • the unboxing video,
  • product photos,
  • and order details.

Exchange Conditions

Approved exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must remain unused and in original condition.
  • Items must pass quality inspection after return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for approved exchanges unless otherwise specified.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days after verification and approval.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank processing times.

Product Care & Usage

  • Minor surface variations, brushed textures, or handcrafted finishing marks may naturally occur in brushed stainless steel products and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental drops, or regular wear after usage are not eligible for replacement or refund.
